PORSCHE 911 GT3 VIDEO

This 2018 Porsche GT3 is finished in paint-to-sample Birch Green with black accents over a black and gray leather and Alcantara interior with custom optioned houndstooth seat inserts. Power is provided by a naturally-aspirated 4.0L flat-six paired with a PDK seven-speed dual-clutch transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes satin black 20? center-lock wheels, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes, an electronic rear-axle steering system, a front-axle lift system, Bose surround sound, and the Chrono Package.

The body is finished in paint-to-sample Birch Green with black Porsche stripes on the lower panels, and equipment includes carbon fiber door mirrors, illuminated carbon fiber lower door guards, a rear wing with black end plates, and the Light Design Package.

Center-lock 20" wheels were optioned in Satin Black and wear Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires measuring 245/35 on the front and 305/30 out back. Braking is handled by Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) with yellow calipers, and the optional front axle lift system raises the front of the car to clear obstacles. The standard rear-axle steering system enables the rear wheels to turn the opposite direction of the front wheels at low speeds and the same direction as the front wheels at high speed.

The interior is trimmed in black and gray leather and Alcantara, and was optioned with a $10k Custom Tailoring Option which specified houndstooth inserts in the full-bolstered bucket seats on this example. Amenities include the Chrono Package with lap trigger preparation and a dash mounted stopwatch, a Bose surround sound system, carbon fiber interior trim, silver-gray seat belts, a fire extinguisher, and auto-dimming mirrors.

The Alcantara-rimmed steering wheel is backed by shift paddles for the PDK transmission and frames factory instrumentation consisting of a tachometer with a 9k-rpm redline, a 225-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and fuel level. An LCD screen in the instrument cluster displays ancillary system information, and digital odometer.

The naturally-aspirated 4.0-liter 9A1.5 flat-six features VarioCam Plus variable valve timing, along with a synthetic variable intake manifold, direct fuel injection, and a sports exhaust system. Factory-rated output was 500 horsepower and 339 lb-ft of torque.
